Your inquiries

Rodney Phimp / Paradigme Entertainment LLC uses the contact information and event details you provide to review and respond to performance, press and creative inquiries. Contact Booking@RodneyPhimp.com.

The form asks for your name, email, inquiry type, city or venue, message and consent. Event date and budget are optional. Please do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information.

Delivery and providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and checks requests for abuse through Turnstile. Resend delivers form notifications to our Zoho Mail inbox. An inquiry is not an event confirmation, contract or marketing subscription. Delivery can fail; contact Booking@RodneyPhimp.com directly if you do not receive a response.

The website application does not keep a database of inquiry names, email addresses or message text. Email providers process and store content to deliver messages and operate the inbox. Provider account logs and backups are separate from the website database.

Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence stays in our Zoho mailbox until we delete it, or for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, an engagement or applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no automatic 90-day deletion rule. Contact Booking@RodneyPhimp.com to request deletion or ask about your correspondence.

Resend processes notification content and delivery logs; its current public pricing table lists 30-day data retention. Zoho, Resend and Cloudflare may maintain service logs or backups separately under their own policies.

The application stores keyed request fingerprints, short-lived rate counters and duplicate-request status for abuse prevention. It stores no raw IP addresses or inquiry text in its database. Entries expire logically within 24 hours and are removed during later activity; provider backups may persist separately.

Music, video and community

Spotify and YouTube players load after you select play and then use their own services and privacy practices. Music, social and FanHub links open external platforms. FanHub manages its own signup and consent. This website has no independent marketing list or advertising analytics.

Requests and choices

Email Booking@RodneyPhimp.com with questions or requests about an inquiry. We will review requests in accordance with applicable requirements. Do not send sensitive identity information unless we explain a specific need through a verified contact channel.
